Service Description

Take advantage of the offseason and prepare for tournaments, with a focus on: injury prevention, improving accuracy, building an efficient arm path, proper sequencing, generating power, and increasing velocity.

Cancellation Policy

Sessions to be paid in full by the start time of the initial session. To cancel or reschedule, please reach out at least 72 hours in advance of the initial session. Cancelations within the 72 hour window will be subject a cancelation fee.
